Freedom Flooring & Design ("Freedom Flooring," "we," "us," or "our") is a flooring installation and design company based in Grand Haven, Michigan. We serve homeowners and businesses across West Michigan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information you share with us when you visit our website, submit a form, or contact us about our services.

2. Information We Collect
From forms: When you request a consultation, submit a contact form, or book an appointment on this site, we collect the information you voluntarily provide — including your name, email address, phone number, home address, and project details. We only collect what you give us directly.
From analytics: We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and associated analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website. This may include your browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general geographic location (city/region level). This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your identity without your consent.
We do not collect: payment card information directly (any financing is handled by Mohawk's third-party financing partners), sensitive personal categories (health, race, religion), or information from children under 13.

4. Data Retention
We retain contact and project information for as long as necessary to fulfill our services and any follow-up obligations, and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve any disputes or questions. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings (default: 26 months). CRM records are retained for up to 3 years from last contact, after which inactive records are deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

- Mohawk Financing Partners — if you apply for financing through the Mohawk program, that application is processed entirely by Mohawk's third-party financing partners and is subject to their terms and privacy policy.
We do not share your personal information with other third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through Google Tag Manager. These help us understand site traffic, measure conversion events (form submissions, phone clicks, consultation bookings), and improve your experience. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the site but may affect analytics.
